The Microsoft Translator Web service is being replaced by a Azure Service.
Update the ResXTranslator to work on the Azure service instead,

If the tools has not been able to login on start up (due to not existing or expired credentials) and after the user has entered his credentials and successfully authenticated with Microsoft Translator, the TAB "Directory Search" will not be enabled. It will be enabled after restart though.
Comments: Resolved with changeset 79755.

After entering the credentials, the dropdown "Translate To" has no languages filled out, the list is empty.
Comments: cannot repro this.

Translated resx files might have a chunk of XML at the end that seems to come from previous data.

After entering the credentials, the dropdown "Translate To" has no languages filled out, the list is empty.

Add support to allow using .resw files (same format as RESX) as well as the new RESJSON format for Windows 8 applications
Comments: at least resw support shall go into V1.2
